Springso terms of service
Last updated: 10 September 2026
This is a plain-language agreement. It is not a substitute for legal advice.
The short version
You tell us about your business, and Springso builds you a website in about a minute. You look it over, change what you like, and pick a plan to put it live on its own address. From then on we host it, collect the leads and bookings it brings in, and, on the Growth plan, keep adding pages and sending follow-ups so it brings in more. You pay monthly, you can cancel any time from Settings, and we will refund you in full within your first thirty days.
The site is yours: your name, your words, your photos, your customers. The one thing we cannot do is promise how many customers it will bring. We can promise the work, done properly. The rest of this page is that same deal in more detail, and by using Springso you are agreeing to it.
Who we are
Springso is owned and operated by Nuu Labs LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States. In these terms, Springso, we, and us all mean the same thing, and you means the business, and the person acting for it, using the service.
You can contact us at hello at springso dot com. Our registered office is 312 W 2nd St, Unit #A2299, Casper, Natrona County, WY 82601, United States.
What we do for you
- Build. From your business name, your existing website or listing, or a short description, we design a website with real copy, photos, your services, your hours and your phone number. Building and previewing costs nothing and needs no card.
- Host. On a plan, your site is published on a springso.site address, or on a domain you own, with a security certificate, and kept fast and online.
- Edit. Change anything on the site yourself, or ask SpringAI to. Every change can be undone.
- Leads, contacts and bookings. Forms and a booking flow on your site; a dashboard where the leads land; email and in-app notifications when they do.
- Growth (on the Growth plan). New pages for the services and areas you cover, written and published for you; follow-up automations; your Google Business Profile connected; SpringAI in your dashboard.
We may change, add or retire parts of the service. If we retire something you rely on, we will tell you before it happens.
What is yours and what is ours
Your business is yours. Your name, logo, photos you upload, the details you enter and your customers' information stay your property. You give us permission to store, display and publish them, because that is what running your website means, and to nothing else.
The site we make for you is yours to use, for as long as you like. The copy we write and the images we generate for your site are licensed to you to use on that site and in your business, without limit and without further payment, whether or not you remain a member. You may take the text and images with you if you leave. You may not resell them as a template or pass them off as somebody else's.
The platform is ours. The editor, the dashboard, the design system, SpringAI, the code that runs it all, and the Springso name belong to Nuu Labs LLC. You may use them as part of your subscription. You may not copy, scrape or resell them.
What you put on your site is your responsibility. You confirm that you have the right to use every logo, photo, review and piece of text you upload or approve, and that nothing on your site is unlawful, misleading or infringes anybody else's rights. If somebody complains that your site does, we will tell you and may take the content down while you sort it out.
Generated content
The first version of your site is written and illustrated by artificial-intelligence models working from what we know about your business. It is a starting point, and it is your site.
- Check it before you publish. Prices, service areas, credentials, license numbers, guarantees and anything a customer might rely on are your claims, not ours. Correct anything that is wrong. We do not verify it.
- Generated images are illustrative. They show what a business like yours looks like, not your actual work. Replace them with your own photos when you can; customers prefer them.
- Reviews. Where we show star ratings we take them from your Google Business Profile or existing site when we can. Where we cannot, the site shows a placeholder until you connect a real source or turn it off. You are responsible for any review or rating shown on your site being genuine.
Your account
You sign in with Google or with a code we email you. Use an email address you can actually access, keep your device secure, and tell us if you think somebody else has got into your account. You are responsible for what is done under your account, including by people you invite.
You must be at least 18 and acting for a real business to hold an account. If the information you give us is untrue or out of date, we can suspend or close the account.
Your team and your customers
You may invite other people to your organization and choose what they can do. You are responsible for them.
Your customers' leads, contacts and bookings are collected by your site on your behalf. You decide what your forms ask for and how you use what comes in, and you are responsible for treating your customers' details lawfully where you operate. Our privacy policy explains what we do with that information, which is: store it for you, deliver it to you, and nothing else.
Fair use
Do not use Springso to:
- Publish anything unlawful, defamatory, deceptive, hateful, pornographic, or that infringes somebody else's rights.
- Impersonate another business or person, or claim credentials, reviews or affiliations you do not have.
- Send spam, or use the automations to message people who have not contacted you.
- Build sites for illegal goods or services, or for schemes designed to defraud.
- Scrape, copy, resell or reverse-engineer the platform, or build a competing product from it.
- Break, overload or probe the service, or work around any limit we set.
- Use SpringAI to generate content that breaks any of the above.
If you do any of this we can suspend or close your account and take your site offline. If it was paid for and had not broken these rules before, we will refund the unused part.
What it costs, and how billing works
- Building and previewing is free. You pay when you put your site live.
- Two plans, Launch and Growth, sold as recurring monthly subscriptions. The price and the amount due today are shown in full before you pay.
- Your subscription renews automatically each month at the same price, and your card is charged again, until you cancel. There is no setup fee and no minimum term.
- Payment is taken by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
- Taxes are added where the law requires and are shown at checkout.
- Moving between Launch and Growth takes effect straight away, and the difference is charged or credited on a pro-rata basis.
- We will give you at least 30 days' notice before any price change, and you can cancel before it takes effect.
- If a payment fails, our payment processor retries it. If it keeps failing, your site is taken offline until it goes through. It stays editable, and comes straight back when payment succeeds.
- We can correct pricing errors, even after an order is placed, and we can refuse or cancel an order.
Canceling
Cancel any time, in a couple of clicks. Open Settings, choose Billing, then Manage billing. There is no phone call, no retention script and no cancellation fee.
Canceling stops the next payment. Your site stays live until the end of the period you have already paid for. After that it comes offline, and the leads, bookings and follow-ups stop, which is the honest consequence of canceling. The site stays editable for ninety days so you can pick a plan again or take what you need; see the privacy policy for what happens after that.
Refunds
Thirty-day money-back guarantee. If you are not happy in your first thirty days, email us and we will refund what you paid, in full. No phone call and no questions.
After thirty days, subscriptions are not generally refundable, but if something has gone wrong or you were charged for something you did not mean to buy, email us and we will make it right. Where the consumer law where you live gives you a stronger right, that law wins.
Your own domain
You may connect a domain you own. We add it to our hosting, tell you which records to set with your registrar, and issue a certificate once they resolve. The domain stays registered to you, with your registrar; we never own it or control it, and you can point it elsewhere at any time. Registering, renewing and paying for the domain is between you and your registrar.
What we cannot promise
- Customers. A good website brings more of them, and we build a good one. How many, and how fast, depends on your trade, your area, your competition and your reviews. Any figures on our marketing pages describe the service in general and are not a prediction of your result.
- Search rankings. We build pages the way search engines and AI assistants prefer. Nobody can guarantee a position on Google, and anyone who does is selling something else.
- Uptime. We work hard to keep every site online, but maintenance, outages at our providers, and bugs happen. If your site is down because of us for more than a day in a month, ask and we will credit that month.
- Third parties. Google, your registrar, your email provider and payment platforms change their rules without asking us. We will adapt as quickly as we can.
Springso is not a law firm or an accountant
Nothing we write for your site, and nothing SpringAI says, is legal, financial or professional advice, and it is not a substitute for it. Whether your site complies with the rules of your trade (licensing disclosures, pricing rules, advertising standards) is your responsibility.
Availability and changes
We will keep changing the service: more block types, better copy, new integrations. We may also update these terms. When we do, we update the date at the top of this page, but a changed page on its own is not your agreement to anything. If a change materially affects your rights or what you pay, we will email you before it takes effect and tell you when that is. You can cancel before then. Continuing to use Springso after a change we have told you about is what counts as accepting it.
Liability
Springso is provided as it is, and to the extent the law allows we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost business, lost leads, lost profits or reputational harm arising from your site being unavailable, from an error in generated content you published, or from a third party's actions. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it arose.
None of this applies to our own serious wrongdoing. Nothing above limits or excludes our liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot legally be limited. Some states do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or damages, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
You agree to cover us for any claim brought by somebody else because of what you published on your site, how you used your customers' details, or how you used Springso.
Ending the agreement
You can cancel and stop using Springso at any time. We can close your account if you break these terms, or if we stop offering the service, in which case we will refund the unused part of your subscription and give you ninety days to take your content.
Electronic communications
Using the site, emailing us, and completing forms in your account all count as communicating in writing. You agree that notices, receipts and agreements we send you electronically satisfy any requirement for them to be in writing.
If there is a problem
Email hello at springso dot com first. Almost everything is solved that way, and quickly. If it is not, we will both try in good faith to settle it informally before anyone starts a formal claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming and of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts there have jurisdiction, but nothing in this paragraph takes away a right you have under the consumer law of the state or country where you live, including the right to bring a claim in your local small claims court.
If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still applies.
